Te Puke Hotel
Molly’s Irish Bar and Restaurant
Te Puke Hotel has been a family run business since 1999 when acquired by the McGregor and Peat families. The Hotel is managed by Sue Peat, and they employ 16 staff to maintain and operate the many areas of this business.
The Hotel offers:
• Accommodation; Country-style hotel rooms with en-suites and Backpackers with Laundry facilities and internet access.
• Molly O’Connors Irish Bar and Restaurant; fondly named after Shirley McGregor’s great-grandmother offers a relaxed atmosphere and a large menu of Kiwi Cuisine with an Irish twist. Ask at the Bar about our ‘Friends of Molly’s Loyalty Card’. Come join us for a quiz night on the second Wednesday of every month from 7pm.
• Garden Bar and Patio
• Out catering on request
• The Jellicoe Function Lounge; Caters for up to 150 seated and many more for a meet and greet function. We offer a fully licensed bar, a sound system and can cater for buffet, set menu, finger food or fine dining.
• Highway Gaming Lounge and Sports Lounge; Offers two pool tables, darts boards, pool competitions and poker nights. Our 18 gaming machines provide funds back into the community via a grant process through the Lions Foundation. Come join us for karaoke on the last Thursday of every month from 7.30pm.
Sue is proud to have lived in Te Puke her entire life and can recommend many great spots to explore, but her heart is at Papamoa Beach where she has spent many days accompanying her children for their life-saving activities.
You are always welcome at the Te Puke Hotel, a place you can call your home away from home.
